    Tickets may be sold and purchased only in Ontario.

    Ticket purchasers must be 18 years of age or older.

    The 50/50 is a draw where the money received in ticket sales is divided evenly between the winner and the charity.

  3. 3. Important Dates & Draw Information

    Deadline
    Final ticket sales deadline: June 15, 2025 at 6:00:00 p.m. EDT

    Draw
    50/50 draw: June 15, 2025 at 7:00:00 p.m. EDT

    If for some reason, the draw cannot take place on the draw date listed, a substitute draw date and time will be selected. All ticket purchasers will be able to see the amended draw date and time information posted on the same website the ticket was purchased.

    Draw will be held at Ottawa (online)

    The winning ticket is drawn using Random Number Generator software (RNG). 

    All ticket holders are welcome to attend the draw.

    Winners will be posted online at https://italianweekottawa.rafflenexus.com/winners on June 15, 2025.

  4. 4. Winner

    Winner will be contacted by phone by the Italian Week Ottawa.

    Winners consent to release of their names by licensee.

    No tickets will be purchased by the Board of Directors of the Italian Week Ottawa or employees involved with the conduct and management of the ticket raffle.

    Italian Week Ottawa does not sell, rent or exchange any personal information collected from our supporters with any other organization or entity.

  6. 6. Complaints

    Any complaints can be directed to the raffle administrators by emailing: info@italianweekottawa.ca. Administrators will review the complaint and take action if necessary.

    Please email our team at info@italianweekottawa.ca should you require a refund for any ticket purchases or would like to issue a complaint, and we would be happy to assist you.

Cause

Italian Week Ottawa is an annual arts and cultural festival that promotes and showcases Italian heritage and culture in the National Capital Region during the month of June. Originally founded in 1975 through a partnership of the University of Ottawa Languages Department and St. Anthony of Padua Church, and incorporated as a not-for-profit organization in 1977, the Festival has become one of Ottawa’s most iconic annual festivals, and is among the city’s longest running arts and cultural festivals. An important symbol of the Italian-Canadian community’s collective identity, our mandate is to share Italian cultural experiences with Italians and non-Italians, including visitors, in the National Capital Region. We showcase these experiences through world-class talent in art, music, films, gastronomy, literature, photography, artisans, and crafts, fashion, religious, and leisure activities.

Proceeds from this raffle will be used to support Italian Week Ottawa programming to ensure the organization remains one of the best and biggest in Ottawa.
